Forest Vinyl – Case Study

forest-vinyl-logoForest Vinyl is a Cinderford, Forest of Dean based used and new record store stocking over 10,000 products. They were a new business and needed everything from a logo to business cards and a website with e-commerce ability.

We started with the design for their logo. They wanted it to include a picture of a vinyl record and liked the idea of it being round. We came up with a few alternatives with different styles and font choices before settling on their final logo. (pictured left)

We then set to work designing and building the website. The site is custom designed to fit in with the new logo. It’s built and run on WordPress and uses woocommerce for its e-commerce. The site stocks and sells over 4000 records that we added with the help of an edited spreadsheet. The site is also fully responsive for mobiles and tablet devices. We also set up and linked all their social media and their ebay account.

They also needed business cards and a promotional flyer – again all designed to be in keeping with their logo and website.

Puddleducks – Case Study

puddleducksPuddleducks is a nursery group based in both London and Bedford. They needed a new website and logo as well as promotional leaflets.

We started by illustrating the logo – there are two versions, one set on a fully illustrated background (as above) which could be used to make part of the website design and leaflets. We also did a version with just the text and ducks for use on a white background (for letterheads etc)

The website is currently being updated to a slightly fresher deign from the one we did originally in 2011 – to also include responsiveness for mobile devices and tablets.
